The space between our thoughts..

The space between our thoughts..

We tend to act in synergy with our thoughts regularly. Many of us do not think at all, and yet many of us get caught up in overthinking. The idea is to think before we do anything. We must think before acting, think before speaking so that we can lead a rewarding life- even while facing a lot of challenges and even when nothing positive is transpiring. The awareness that we are thinking individuals is quite reassuring. We must be aware of every facet of life before we claim ourselves to be experts at anything.

In ancient India, most sages and their disciplines were told to focus their attention in between thoughts and actions and rest on that state of inactive awareness regularly. This practice is known as meditation- it improves our state of mind, of the functioning of our brain, and it makes us a genius at every tangible  thing. Together with awareness we must also know how to incorporate our breaths into this central awakening and art of breathing.

Our sages would say to increase the hours of meditation up until we reached nirvana or Samadhi, but that would make us act out of our extreme abilities. As such, we do not need to go to such extremes unless there exists some really urgent longing or burning desire for Moksha or Nirvana apparently.

For most of our material aspirants, however, it would suffice only for them to bring raw awareness and objectivity into their daily living. Living with awareness is fulfilling- it brings out the best in us, and it also makes us aware of our follies.

Most people live in a lot of filth, mentally mostly. Their thoughts are petty, their actions, unthoughtful and their lives devoid of any meaning or direction entirely. They hold the act of eating and raw Epicureanism as their mainstays in life generally. They like to host themselves onto other people like very perfect parasites. Some of them also pretend to focus themselves on the art of finding perfection in everything- as a result they are unable to act anything out or pursue any tangible goal individually.

Meditation is the natural antidote to their relentless suffering. Meditation also includes the ability to look at God in everything. To love God is the only way to get out of this predicament righteously.

Meditation also turns us into thinking and feeling beings, becoming aware at everything. It makes our relationships perfect; it makes our actions perfect and it makes us perfect at everything virtually. For more notes and directions, please do buy and read my books regularly.
