The importance of a Guru
Many people who feel the heat of Kali are turning towards religion and philosophy- Kali, being a villain beyond comparison unbelievably. He has so many team mates and gangs following him globally. He expresses his dark intentions when he starts family feuds, when he splits up couples, when he fails and illtreats people, and by any other means that suit him ever so cruelly.
There are nations against nations, most countries and continents are struggling to survive economically, and the icing on the cake of despair is the second spell of the COVID virus. No one can survive such deplorable conditions until he seeks refuge in a greater force, unless he follows a mentor and loses his lower self permanently.
For all of this, the aspirant or even a commoner, needs a Guru who will help him out through all his hardships, challenges and problems indefinitely.
One such rock of spirituality is Swami Tapovanji whose spiritual guidance has helped several seekers tide over the rough terrain of the sea of existence and its related anarchy. Tapovanji instructed the trailblazing PBK Menon, his ardent disciple to transform into Swami Chinmayananda, the greatest seer of this century, and it is such a privilege to be looked after them and the most prestigious and renowned Chinmaya Mission that both these excellent preachers and missionaries set up to help guide humanity, knowing and being fully aware of the advent and invasion of the most reprehensible monster Kali.
Obtaining a guru is like being led by your guide akin to a PhD candidate and student thirsting for knowledge and knowing endlessly.
There are many such useful and productive missions and charities, especially the ones preaching Hinduism and its various branches of philosophy. Once you drink the nectar of Hindu spirituality, you will be a changed person permanently. The need of the hour is Hinduism- even more so the sociopolitical Hindutva aspect of it. There is an ocean of disbelief, craziness, fanaticism, dogma, misogyny, illiteracy and degradation filling up the whole of humanity.
The ones who will survive will only be the chosen ones to fight off all of Kali’s outbreaks that challenge all of creation and the creator mainly- none of us will be spared unless we pray and fall at the feet of the various saints and sages preaching the doctrine of Hindutva in this rather unfortunate time to be.
Many people think that their own inner selves will be able guides for them and their families, but a physical guide, mentor or Guru is the need of the hour universally.
The paths of divine love, devotion, action and karma and bhakti are the easiest to follow in these times of extreme chaos and disorder globally. But the seekers on the path of knowing and knowledge, of gyan are the most blessed ones universally. The challenges are huge, seemingly unsurmountable even, but if Swami Chinmayanandji, Swami Tapovanji and the rest of the saints of their caliber still exist in your memory, know this that you shall emerge victorious undoubtably.
