My uncles own our 2 buildings in Mumbai, but now, our illegal coowner, Kamlesh Singh, who has no documents to show and prove his state as a legal heir, is trying to act as a sole owner without consulting our legally appointed representative, my uncle Ishwarsingh Chowhan who holds all the rights of our 80% share in both properties. Kamlesh Singh has 5 legal criminal cases against him, out of which my case in the LT Marg Police Station, in which his family accosted me with a brick, has been bribed and all the legal proceedings continue to be delayed quite annoyingly. Kamlesh Singh bribed all the cops at the L T Marg police station against him, and now, there is hardly any case rendered against him at the police station quite shockingly. He is crazy enough to call himself a coowner but without any legal papers that prove that case. The man appears to be insane because he keeps chasing the birds and cats roaming about in the building, and has nothing productive to do the whole day. He has tapped our side of the landline phoneline and he and his stupid son keep recording all our calls (we hardly use that phone) and bothering my old uncle and aunt ever so pathetically.

Our Maharashtra state is being ruled over by the Sena brigade unfortunately. We would like to have a BJP only party rule in the state, but our current Union and state ministers are trying to stop the rule of the BJP in Maharashtra and Mumbai rather alarmingly.

Previously, people would be worried about the underworld gaining access to all our building ownerships, but that practice has become commonplace in all our legal owner battles and crime cases. I don’t know about you all people, but me and my family do NOT approve of all such criminal alliances becoming common practice, and if Mumbai is to survive, we have to appoint the BJP only in our State and government offices- this is a legal lesson for us all to face the ground reality, basically.
